Nicholas Short:
Executive Director
Nick has been involved in
many aspects of ministry since become a Christian in his
early twenties. During the period from 1985 to 1995 he
was a Director of Youth for Christ in Durban, South
Africa. Since moving to Canada he is active in a number
of ministries at Hillside Baptist Church in North
Vancouver, British Columbia. These ministries include
the Christian Business Network, music ministry, and he
has been the missions coordinator for the past 5 years. Nick has his own company
providing Data Backup services to various professionals
and works as a business consultant to a number of small
and medium sized businesses in Vancouver. Contact Nick

Godfrey Bray
B.Comm,
B.Acc, C.A. (S.A.)
Godfrey qualified as a
Chartered Accountant at the Witwatersrand University in
South Africa. He has headed up financial departments in
various sizes and in various industries including
transport, manufacturing, entertainment,
telecommunications and technology and has worked for
both public and private corporations both in South
Africa and since arriving in Canada. His latest
position was with Telus as a Senior Financial Analyst.
Godfrey grew up in the Baptist church in South Africa,
where he committed his life to Jesus Christ. In 1996, he
and his family (wife and 2 daughters) moved to Canada.
For the past 5 years, Godfrey has been the treasurer of
his Church. He has extensive experience in developing
and implementing budgets and financial plans for non
profit organizations.

Scott Austin
Scott graduated from the
University of British Columbia in 1986 in the Faculty of
Law. He is a member of the British Columbia Bar
Association and the Law Society of British Columbia and
now practices exclusively in the fields of mediation and
conflict resolution. He is happily married to his wife
of 25 years, Kelly and is busy co-parenting three boys
Sean 22, Darcy 20 and Devon 18. He has been a deacon and
is now actively involved in the youth group at Hillside
Baptist where he was baptized in 1994. Scott has also
traveled to South Africa to work on the development of
Camps for AIDS orphans.
