date for applications for the June 2009 trip is Tuesday the
31st March 2009.
Project Outline:
The teams objectives.
Teams will be
primarily involved in the activities of the Camp Orchard
will arrive for the Leaders and Caregivers camp and will
work with students during the two students groups to
come Orchard Camp. They will be involved in one on one
ministry, team sports, team building, arts and crafts,
small group activities and dance.
Objectives:
The objectives for these
teams is as follows:
To follow the Lords
calling in our lives.
The experience the
opportunity of working with orphans and vulnerable
children in another country.
To share our knowledge and
personal experience with fellow Christians and
non-Christians.
The carry some of the load
of building a brand new ministry in South Africa.
To grow in our Christian
walk.
To love the poor.
To become an advocate for
Canadian human and financial assistance in the ongoing
fight against the pandemic of HIV/AIDS in Southern
Africa.
Fund Raising:
There are many projects
planned to assist team members with the financial cost
of this mission. Any funds raised in excess of our team
requirements will be giving to C4L for ongoing missions projects.
